Man, 65, stabs woman who rejects him A 65-year-old security guard was caught on video stabbing a 30-year-old woman colleague multiple times at an apartment building in central Bangkok because she turned him down. The vicious attack happened on Dec 28 last year. The woman, Buasorn Chaikote, sustained many stab wounds and had to stay in hospital for 14 days. Her attacker, Kaew Kemthong, went into hiding in Chon Buri. On Thursday, police found Mr Kaew hiding in a hotel in Pattaya. Ms Buasorn told police that Mr Kaew tried to flirt with another woman at the apartment, but she turned him down. The security guard then turned his attention to her and frequently gave her gifts. "I didn't want his gifts but I didn't want him to feel bad. He might have thought that I also liked him, but it wasn't like that," Ms Buasorn was quoted as saying by the police. Mr Kaew confessed that he was the person who stabbed Ms Buasorn, according to police. "I had a relationship with her. I knew her for six months without knowing that she already has a husband. "We talked all the time. I was committed and spent over 10,000 baht on her. When I learned about her husband, I asked her to return my money. We had a fierce argument and I started stabbing her," he admitted. The woman said she was baffled by his testimony, insisting that they never had a relationship, and that she has neither husband nor boyfriend. Ms Buasorn said that Mr Kaew had given her 3,000 baht as a gift. She said she wanted to return the money, but was waiting for her friends to witness it. Security camera footage from the apartment building shows Mr Kaew approaching Ms Buasorn, who is sitting behind a desk. They briefly argue before the man pulls out a knife and stabs her many times, until another security guard comes to intervene. Khaosod English 08 Febuary 2015, Last update at 14:16:00 GMT 12 Tourists Injured in Samui Island Road Accident SURAT THANI — At least 12 tourists were injured after their tour bus veered off a road on the southern island of Koh Samui. The incident took place yesterday afternoon a hilly road near Na Nim waterfall in Mueang district, police say. One of the tourists is in critical condition, according to medical workers at Koh Samui Hospital. The driver, Wanich Sridon, 29, fled the scene before police arrived. Police have not identified the nationalities of all the tourists, but say some of them appear to be from Romania and Hungary. Police say the vehicle, a large pick-up truck converted into a sightseeing car, was chartered by a company called "Funny Day Safari" to take the tourists to visit Na Nim waterfall. Niran Klodsuwan, an eyewitness, told police he saw the vehicle driving "at a high speed" before it veered off a bend in the road. "Some tourists flew out of the bus because of the impact," Niran said. A police officer at Koh Samui Police Station said police are looking for the vehicle's driver for interrogation. The incident occurred during a meeting attended by around 30 local officials in Mueang district yesterday. Shortly after the meeting began, Anurut na Naan, the 62-year-old chairman of the Municipal Councilor of San Phee Suea district, reportedly stood up, locked both doors of the meeting room, and told officials not to leave their seats. He then spent the next 30 minutes speaking into a microphone and apologizing for his failure to work for the people over the past eight years as Municipal Councilor, witnesses said. Kamdee Boonchala, one of the local adminstators present at the meeting, told Khaosod that in the middle of the speech Anurut suddenly drew his pistol, waved it around, placed it on the table, and told the officials, "If any of you have a problem with me, you can file a complaint. Who has any problem here?" Some officials tried to leave the meeting room, but could not unlock the doors, while other scurried for cover under tables, Kamdee said. Several officials eventually tackled Anurut, disarmed him, and alerted the police. Police say Anurut was carrying a handgun, two magazines, and more than 70 bullets at the time. Anurut has been charged with carrying a firearm into residential and public areas without a permit. Police add that more charges may be filed against Anurut, pending further testimonies from the witnesses. Lak Boonchala, mayor of San Phee Suea district, told reporters that Anurut appeared to be mentally unstable and said the administration will "likely" remove him from the position. Khaosod English 06 March 2015, Last update at 13:09:00 GMT Cop-on-Cop Gunfight at Koh Samui Bar Injures Two SURAT THANI—A gunfight broke out between a volunteer police officer and a group of policemen at a bar on Koh Samui island early this morning, injuring two people. The incident took place at Tawan Chai Cafe on Taweeratphakdee Road at around 2.30 am today, police say. Staff at the bar told police that Sitthiporn Poonsawasdi, a volunteer police officer, was drinking heavily until the bar closed at 2 am. According to staff, Sitthiporn drunkenly tried to ask musicians at the bar to leave with him, and became angry when they refused. Sitthiporn then reportedly walked to the front of the bar and fired one shot into the air, prompting the staff to alert police. Police officers soon arrived and ordered Sitthiporn to drop his weapon, witnesses said. However, Sitthiporn allegedly refused and fired at police. A gunfight then broke out between the officers and Sitthiporn. Sitthiporn was eventually shot in his left leg and apprehended. A police officer, Lt. Somporn Cherdchim, was also shot in his stomach during the gunfight. Medical workers say Sitthiporn and Somporn are now in stable condition. According to Police Senior Sergeant Chamnan Poonsakda, Sitthiporn was visibly drunk when officers arrived at the scene. He was reportedly waving his handgun in the air and threatening the bar staff. "I have known Sitthiporn for a long time because he is a volunteer police officer," Pol.Sen.Sgt. Chamnan said. "So I tried to talk Sitthiporn into dropping his gun, but he was so drunk that we didn't understand what he was saying. He then shot at us." SamutPrakan: – Somrong Nuea police are investigating an incident which a woman sent a box filled with a dead baby to her ex-boyfriend. Police Major Attawat Attakitwiroj said he would classify the investigation after receiving the forensic report on the dead baby, which was found with an uncut biblical cord and aged around seven months. Attawat said he did not know whether the baby was killed or died following an early delivery and/or an abortion. He was speaking after checking the scene at a townhouse on Theparak Road 4, Mueang Samut Prakan district. Based on the statement given by the townhouse owner, she said an ex-girlfriend of her brother, known as B, came to her home last evening. She said her brother was not at home and B gave her a box and a letter, saying she wanted to give a message, saying farewell to her ex-boyfriend. After B left in a taxi, the townhouse owner opened the box, found the dead baby and alerted police. Attawat said the accompanying letter outlined the hurtful feelings of B who said the boyfriend was cruel and cold hearted in leaving her for a new girlfriend when she was pregnant. B said in the letter that she was left to go through her pregnancy alone and that she hoped the dead baby would serve as a reminder of the boyfriend’s irresponsibility. In concluding her letter, B said she wished the best of luck for the new girlfriend and that the couple would not have to face a repeat of what she had to endure. Guard stabs co-worker to death over dirty dishes By Coconuts Bangkok March 16, 2015 / 12:45 ICT A security allegedly guard drove a blade into the body of his colleague five times Saturday night to settle a terminal argument night over dirty dishes. Suraphong Kaewnoi, 48, was found dead Saturday night at Hamanaka Co. Ltd. southeast of Banbgkok in Samut Prakan province with a wound in his chest and four others across his body. According to Siriserm Laksanon, head of factory security, Suraphong clashed with Yingsak Ritchai because the deceased ate food yet did not wash his own dishes. The two got into a fight at which point Yingsak stabbed Suraphong to death, Siriserm told police, before escaping. Police are searching for Yingsak, Khaosod reported. Female Phuket restaurant owner shot to death Eakkapop Thongtub PHUKET: A female restaurant owner was shot to death in Kathu yesterday (March 23). A man who was at the scene when police arrived admitted to the murder. At 9:40pm Thungthong police were called to investigate the shooting inside a restaurant on Wichitsongkram Rd in Kathu. The incident happened at a one story house with a restaurant at the front. The body of the woman, identified as Yupin Somrak, 45, was found in a pool of blood in the restaurantn9;s kitchen area with gunshot wounds to her neck and cheek, left shoulder and right temple. Forensic police found four 9mm bullet casings in the restaurant and also a note written in Thai which roughly translates in English as “The house I built...the restaurant I built...you are on drugs. Now I am broke”. Phumsak Sriput, 45, a Kathu territory defence volunteer, was waiting for police close to the restaurant. He admitted to the murder and handed police the pistol used. Phumsak revealed to police that Ms Yupin was his former girlfriend and that he proivded her financial assitance in setting up the restaurant even though she had a new boyfriend. He told police that prior to the incident he had come to the restaurant and asked Ms Yupin to repay him the money, she refused and an argument ensued. A passing police officer stopped and calmed the pair down. “Later that evening I returned and asked Ms Yupin to payback my money, but she ignored me. “I sat down and wrote a message on a piece of paper. “We then started to argue again so I pulled the pistol from my waist and shot her three times. I also fired another shot into the restaurant before walking out. I was waiting for police to arrive,” said Phumsak. Witnesses to the incident told a similar account to Phumsakn9;s said police. Kusoldharm rescue workers took the body of Ms Yupin to Vachira hospital and police have charged Phumsak with murder. Five Injured in Pattaya Island shooting over “Cat Poo” issues on: 23 April, 2015 5 people, all thought to be related, were shot by a Resort Owner, over the placement of “Cat Poo” in front of his house by an angry neighbor who is also related to him. The bizarre and potentially deadly incident occurred on the beach at the Na Ban Village on Larn Island, 4kms off the coast of Pattaya and resulted in the eventual arrest of Khun Wanchai aged 50, who is the owner of the Jaroenchai Seaview Resort, and has been in-dispute with his neighbor, who is also related to him, over allegations that his pet cats are constantly defecating in the Na Ban Village. When Khun Wanchai arrived home on Wednesday, he found Cat feces placed in front of his gate and instantly knew who placed it there. In a fit of rage he picked up a shotgun and targeted his neighbor, Khun Kwunruan aged 51, her Husband, Daughter and two other females in the area were caught in cross fire. Following the shooting, Khun Wanchai jumped on a boat and escaped to Bang Saray Beach in Sattahip but was followed by other residents of the Island and was later apprehended by Police. Khun Kwunruan was the most seriously injured of the group and is currently in a serious condition in Hospital following a gunshot wound to her stomach. All of the injured were taken to hospitals in Pattaya where they are currently receiving treatment. Khun Wanchai is in custody and is facing attempted murder charges. Roi Et: - Police are tracking down a 79-year-old man on suspicion of killing his 43-year-old lover in a rage. Roi Et Hospital officials alerted police that a brutally-beaten woman had died yesterday following two-week treatment at the hospital. Based on the police report, a home owner in Suwannaphum district organised a merit making ceremony to bless the new house on April 20. The woman, identified by the name of Pee, got paid 100 baht for helping to wash the dishes at the ceremony. The man, identified by the name of Dong, confronted her and tried to pry the money from her in order to buy drinks. She refused. The woman was related to the man’s wife. And they had an affair too. According to neighbours, Dong often came to sleep with Pee and demanded money from her to finance his drinking habit. He also beat her before and after the tryst. At the ceremony, he went into rage after she would not part with her pay. To the horror of merit makers, he punched and kicked her until she fell down. Then he dragged her by the hair around the merit-making site before stomping on her body. A dozen witnesses said they watched the entire incident and were reluctant to intervene in what they said was domestic violence. After she passed out, he left the scene taking her money. Der har før været ballade i den ejendom hvor vi bor med ægtepar der slås, men ingen blander sig, alle holder snuden væk, også vagten. Jeg ville gå ud og dæmpe gemytterne men fruen gik næsten i panik og sagde "Not your problem, if you go out they will get angry and fight you"! Ja, du har ret, det kan være livsfarligt så jeg holder lav profil. Det interessante er at det ikke er et skod low class sted vi bor, næh det er skam Bangkok middel til øvre middelklasse, og vedkommende der ca. 2-3 gange om året tager en ordentlig kamp med konen er godt ved muffen med eget firma og en kæmpe Mercedes nede i gården, men det har nok været penge eller mia noi promblems der lige sku´ "debatteres". |

Jeg havde en kvindelig bekendt på Koh Chang, der pludselig kom i uføre med 2 andre kvinder. De lagde sateme ikke fingrene imellem, det var ret voldsomt. Jeg lagde mig imellem og sagde "nu er det nok" og da især fordi min bekendte var i undertal. Så blev vreden rettet mod mig. Klør, slag og spark fik jeg, og jeg måtte lidt håndfast gribe fast i de 2 furier meget til skuffelse for de lokale bivånere der fandt stor fornøjelse i at se dramaet udfolde sig. Jeg var en total "joy kill". Konklusion? Hvis det ikke er nogen der står dig meget nær, bliv væk. |
